Product Name: Greenock Creek 'Seven Acre' Shiraz 2019 - 750 mL
Description: Explore the rich depths of Barossa Valley with the Greenock Creek 'Seven Acre' Shiraz 2019. This exquisite Shiraz, hailing from the famed Seven Acre vineyard, is renowned for its robust character and depth, embodying the very essence of premium Australian winemaking. This 750 mL bottle is a showcase of mastery in viticulture and enology, offering a luxurious experience with each glass.
Tasting Notes: The 2019 'Seven Acre' Shiraz dazzles with its intense, deep ruby hue and a complex bouquet of dark fruits, including blackberries and plums, interwoven with hints of black pepper, vanilla, and mocha. The palate is rewarded with the richness of ripe fruit flavors balanced by firm tannins and a subtle, smoky oak finish that lingers long after the first sip. This full-bodied wine is both powerful and graceful, with a structured profile that promises excellent aging potential.
Vinification: Sourced from the old vines of the Seven Acre vineyard, the grapes undergo meticulous selection processes to ensure only the best fruit is used. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in a mix of new and old oak barrels to enhance its aromatic complexity and textural finesse without overpowering the natural vibrancy of the Shiraz fruit.

Buying At Auction?
Your Questions, Answered
What do you need from me to get started?
We will need you to confirm that you are over 18 (for obvious reasons!) and to open an account by registering on the site. This will include provision of credit card details for any eventual purchases. You will also need to sign that you have read the terms and conditions.
How many wines are in each Lot?
You will see the quantity (number of bottles) stated above the price. Please note that the bid-price is per bottle so you will need to multiply the price by the number of bottles in the lot to calculate the total price of the lot.
Can I cancel my bid if I change my mind?
All bids are final - please think before you confirm your bid.
How much is the Buyers' Commission?
We have an extremely competitive buyers' commission of 16.5% (GST inclusive). This will be added to the final winning price of your Lot at the end of the auction.
What are your freight charges?
Please see our Delivery Policy for full details relating to freight.
Is there a Guarantee on my wine?
Under Australian law, consumer guarantees do not apply to goods purchased at auction - all such purchases are at the risk of the Buyer. We will always provide as much detail as we can as to the visual condition and provenance of each Lot, however this is done so as a guide rather than as a guarantee.
