Expert Reviews:
- Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate: 96 points - "A beautifully crafted wine, with layers of complexity that unfold with time in the glass.A blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 3% Merlot, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve Georges de Latour was aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, 88% new. Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it gives up compelling kirsch, sautéed herbs, crème de cassis and baked plums notes with touches of tobacco, fallen leaves and dried mint. Full-bodied (14.9% alcohol) and solidly structured with firm, chewy tannins in the mouth, the palate is packed with muscular fruit lifted by herbal accents, finishing long and savory."
- James Suckling: 94 points - "Robust and full-bodied, yet with a delicate balance that showcases the elegance of the vintage."
- Wine Spectator: 93 points - "A testament to the storied heritage of its vineyard, this vintage is both vibrant and structured, promising further evolution."
Cellaring Potential: While profoundly enjoyable now, the 2014 ‘Georges de Latour Private Reserve’ offers a cellaring potential of two decades or more, promising gradual maturation and enhanced intricacy.

Is there a Guarantee on my wine?
Under Australian law, consumer guarantees do not apply to goods purchased at auction - all such purchases are at the risk of the Buyer.
