Blend and Winemaking:

  • Vinification: Fermentation in wooden vats with meticulous temperature control followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels to enhance the wine's textural complexity and smooth tannins.
  • Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, with a significant portion being new, to infuse the wine with subtle woody notes while preserving the integrity of the fruit.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: A rich bouquet of blackberry and ripe plums, elegantly intertwined with nuances of vanilla, tobacco, and subtle earthy undertones.
  • Palate: Full-bodied and robust, this wine offers a harmonious balance between its structured tannins and vibrant acidity. The palate is adorned with flavors of dark fruit, cassis, and a touch of spice leading to a lingering, polished finish.
