Description: Embark on a sensory journey to the heart of New Zealand's most renowned Pinot Noir region with the 2022 South Island Central Otago Pinot Noir. This exquisite 750 mL bottle encapsulates the vibrant character and complexity that Central Otago wines are celebrated for, delivering a truly memorable wine experience.
Tasting Notes: The 2022 vintage presents a rich tapestry of aromas, beginning with a bouquet of ripe cherries and dark berries, accented by subtle hints of thyme and lavender. On the palate, this wine unfolds with layers of red fruit, complemented by undertones of earthy mushrooms and a touch of spice. The finish is gracefully balanced, featuring silky tannins that hint at the wine’s potential for aging.
Vinification: Sourced from the sun-drenched slopes of Central Otago, the Pinot Noir grapes for this vintage were hand-picked at optimal ripeness to ensure maximum flavor extraction. Following a gentle fermentation process, the wine was aged in French oak barrels to enhance its structure and depth without overpowering the delicate Pinot Noir flavors.
Climate and Terroir: Central Otago’s unique continental climate, characterized by hot summers and cold winters, coupled with schist-heavy soils, provides the perfect terroir for cultivating Pinot Noir. This combination results in wines that are both intensely flavored and finely balanced.

Is there a Guarantee on my wine?
Under Australian law, consumer guarantees do not apply to goods purchased at auction - all such purchases are at the risk of the Buyer.
