Tasting Notes: The 2016 'Casey's Block' Shiraz is a testament to the rich, concentrated flavors that Barossa Valley Shiraz is known for. It opens with an aromatic profile of dark berries and ripe plums, enhanced by subtle hints of pepper, vanilla, and smoky oak. On the palate, it offers a lush, full-bodied experience with layers of blackberry, cherry, and chocolate, all supported by firm tannins and a lingering finish that echoes with spice and mocha.
